1 part Triple Sec
2 parts freshly squeezed lime juice
3 parts tequila
Mix together, pour over ice and shake, strain ice out. Serve in a margarita
glass, salting the rim if desired (moisten rim of glass with a lime half, dip in salt).
Important: Do not use bottled lime juice or artificially sweetened
syrups - the taste just isn't the
same!!
Goes great with New Mexican food of any
