Green Chile Pesto Sauce
Chopped cooked chicken
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Toasted pine nuts
Spread Focaccia bread
liberally with the Green Chile Pesto Sauce. Spread chopped cooked chicken pieces on
top and sprinkle with grated Monterey Jack cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for about
ten minutes or until the cheese melts. Top with toasted pine nuts.*
* Toast pine nuts by sautéing briefly (1-2
minutes) in dry non-stick frying pan until golden in color.
