| This recipe is an interesting variation on the
normal chocolate chip cookie recipe - it's a lighter cookie, with a bit of
crunch and extra sweetness to it. 1 cup butter, softened
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon water
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
Mix ingredients in order given. Using a
cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop, drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350°
for approximately 12 minutes (depending on how large you make the cookies).
