6 eggs
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
2-1/3 cups brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 Tablespoons vanilla
9 cups oatmeal
1 12-ounce package (2 cups) chocolate chips
1 12-ounce package M&MsCream eggs, butter and sugars; add peanut butter,
salt, baking soda and vanilla. Stir in oatmeal, chocolate chips and
M&Ms. Roll into balls (if large, flatten slightly) and bake at 350°
for 10-18 minutes (depending on size). Cool on waxed paper or flat tray
(cookies tend to crumble through wire racks). Do not over bake.
