Quick & Easy Ways to Use Green Chile
Green Chile Recipes

Add thawed and drained green chile to:

 
Breads & Rice Add to corn bread or add to bread machine recipes; gives extra pizzazz to rice dishes.
Casseroles Use almost anywhere that you can use green bell pepper; great in chicken, ground beef or tuna casseroles.
Guacamole Check out our recipe for Doug's Guacamole, or add to your own recipe for authentic New Mexico flavor Guacamole.
Hamburgers Either mixed into the meat, or as a topping.
Meatballs Add to your favorite meatball recipe for extra flavor.
Omelets Great added to a mushroom & cheese omelet.
Pesto Make your own or add chile to store-bought pesto.
Pizza Great topping for your homemade pizza, or add to frozen or delivered pizzas.
Potatoes Add some green chile and shredded cheese to mashed potatoes, or add chile to diced fried potatoes.
Quiche Add to your favorite quiche recipe.
Salsa & Dips Experiment with salsas, cheese dips, hot dips - some prepared salsas already have green chile in, but usually not enough.
Scrambled Eggs Add some green chile and shredded cheese, serve with picante sauce on the side (huevos).
