We buy our chiles in Albuquerque, NM, at a store called The Fruit Basket. They have a large assortment of chiles, seasonings, pinto beans, posole, etc., plus decorative ristras and lots of fresh produce. Chiles are also available in most local New Mexico grocery stores.
