3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper - try white pepper
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter(Tip: Have ingredients all ready, but don't
prepare this until just before serving or it will be cold.)
Place all ingredients except for butter in
blender jar; turn on and off quickly. Melt butter in microwave until warm
and bubbly. Turn blender on to high speed and slowly add the warm melted
butter in a thin but steady stream. Turn off blender, serve immediately
over vegetables, eggs, etc. Makes about one cup.
