3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
heavy cream, whipped (optional)Mix together all ingredients except cream in the
top of a double boiler. cook, stirring constantly until thick. Mix
with whipped cream if desired.
