My apologies, I don't have amounts for this spice mixture.  The order given is from the "most" to the "least,' so you need to experiment with the flavor combination you like best.  This is used for making Tandoori Chicken.

Cumin
Mustard powder
Ginger
Cinnamon
Fenugreek
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Coriander
Chili
Ground Black Pepper
Salt
Bay

Grind all together in a coffee grinder.
