| If you're looking for
something different in a veggie with dinner, try stir-frying some bok
choy. This is quick, easy, and tasty. If you don't have all the
ingredients, use whatever Asian sauces and oils you have on hand -
experiment with flavors!
Ingredients:
4 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large
head bok choy, or half a dozen baby bok choy
Sauce:
3 Tablespoons bacon fat
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons hot Peri Peri sauce (available at Cost Plus World Market) -
alternately, use Sambal Oelek, available at Asian grocery
stores
